“We help you to reunite with your family in Canada”
We understand how stressful and frustrating it can be to stay away from your loved ones and the importance of applying correctly to avoid any delays or complications. Many Canadian citizens and permanent residents have family members living overseas, and the Canadian government’s family sponsorship programs assist in reuniting families. Many relationships qualify for Family Class Sponsorship, including spouses and common-law partners, parents and grandparents, dependent children, and potentially other relationships under specific Provincial Family Class Sponsorship programs.
SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP CANADA
These programs allow Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their spouses. You will need to provide strong documentation to prove the genuineness of your relationship. Spousal sponsorship application can be filed inland or overseas depending on your circumstances.
COMMON LAW SPONSORSHIP CANADA
If you have been living together in a common-law relationship for at least one year in an ongoing 12-month period, then you may be eligible to sponsor your common-law partner.
CONJUGAL PARTNER SPONSORSHIP CANADA
The Conjugal Partner Sponsorship category is for partners who are unable to live together as common-law partners or spouses due to circumstances beyond their control. It implies that you rely on one other, that the relationship has some stability, and that you are as committed as you would be if you were married or in a common-law partnership.
PARENTS & GRANDPARENTS SPONSORSHIP CANADA
The Parent & Grandparent Sponsorship Program is open to permanent residents and citizens who want to sponsor their parents or grandparents. This program is a lottery-based system and sponsors are invited to apply through invitations to apply letters. There are some financial obligations that one needs to meet before sponsoring.
DEPENDENT CHILD AND OTHER SPONSORSHIP CANADA
Dependent children and other family members, siblings or sisters, nephews or nieces, can be sponsored through this program.
Eligibility for the dependent child :
